4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Lecta is available on a monthly ($7.99/mo) or annual ($79.99/yr) subscription.
  • New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund policy

If you subscribed for the first time and are within 30 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund from your account page. The refund will be processed immediately and your subscription will be cancelled. Refunds are not available after the 30-day window or for renewals.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Content and accuracy

Lecta curates and summarises publicly available news and information. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we make no warranties about the completeness or timeliness of content. Newsletter content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lecta is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to terms
